Dr. Saima Shora is a people person dedicated to helping those she can, when she can. Her goal is to make you as comfortable as possible and help you to smile freely – with beautiful teeth and a healthy mouth – as much as possible.
Meet Dr. Saima Shora
Dr. Saima received a bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery (BDS) from Bapuji Dental College in India in 1997 and graduated in Dental Surgery (DDS) from the School of Dentistry at the University of Toronto in 2007, and has been practicing in Mississauga for over 10 years. She is licensed with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario and as a result, has had the unique advantageous and enriching experience of practicing in Canada, India, and the Middle East.
Dr. Saima has attended various continuing education programs at the Universities of Toronto, Western Ontario, and Southern California and as per Ontario regulations, actively participates in dental education courses and workshops. She is a member of the Ontario Dental Association and the Canadian Dental Association.
Dr. Saima is very active in our community and loves meeting people and going to community events. Her ability to socialize with her patients inside and outside the practice and to make herself known as a loyal supporter of our community has always been important to her.
Dr. Joshua Shieh’s favorite aspect of his job is helping people get healthier and happier.
Meet Dr. Joshua Shieh
Dr. Joshua really likes the motto, “Do it once. Do it right … and forget about it.” That’s why he encourages your full participation in your treatment plan to determine your smile goals and dreams so that you can work together, step by step, to achieve a beautiful smile that becomes second nature to flash. He’s all for changing the world one smile at a time!
With a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in dental surgery, Dr. Joshua practices general dentistry, but his focus is on dental implants that help maintain jaw and facial structure.
You’ll likely see Dr. Joshua out and about in community as he volunteers as a mentor to high school kids.
Dr. Sikander Askari enjoys interacting with people daily and to helping them achieve the best oral health possible… so that they can enjoy and feel confident in their smile.
Meet Dr. Sikandar Askari
Dr. Sikander’s philosophy is that by providing the highest quality of care, she is sure to create patient satisfaction. The prevention of disease and seeing her patients regularly for preventive care is very important to her. Ensuring they know as early as possible any signs of oral health issues is critical, and she does everything she can to give her patients the information they need to be able to lead healthy lives.
When not in the office, Dr. Sikander loves to cook and take full advantage of what Mississauga and its communities has to offer. She loves the wide selection of shopping, great schools, and active cultural life.
Growing up in Dubai and receiving her Doctorate of Dental Surgery in the United Arab Emirates, it was always Dr. Sikander’s dream to relocate to Canada and practice dentistry. She was especially attracted by the immigrant-friendly stance the people of Canada take and the incredible educational opportunities.
Meet Dr. Wameed Saied
Education
Dr. Wameed received a bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery (BDS) in 1993 and Master of Science degree in Prosthodontics (M.Sc) in 1997 from University of Baghdad in Iraq. She has been practicing dentistry for over 25 years. She relocated to Mississauga in 2016 and since then she is providing dental care in Mississauga and the peel halton region.
Dedication To Practice
Dr. Wameed has attended multiple education programs and conferences all over the world. She has completed Straumann implant program in the UAE and one-year implant residency program at the University of Toronto. She actively participates in dental education courses and workshops. She is a member of the Ontario Dental Association, Canadian Dental Association and International Congress of Implantologists (ICOI).
Dr. Wameed has special interest and long experience in wisdom teeth extraction, Implant, root canal treatment and esthetic dentistry.
Philosophy
Dr. Wameed shares Dr. Joshua in liking the motto, “Do it once. Do it right … and forget about it.” and so she focuses on providing tailored treatment plan that meets the patient needs and expectation.
Meet Dr. Samina Wani
EDUCATION:
Dr Samina Wani received her Bachelor’s in Dental Surgery from the College of Dental Sciences, Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, India in 2005. She completed her Diploma in Dental Hygiene from George Brown College in Toronto in 2008. Dr. Wani subsequently met the rigorous requirements of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada and started her practice as a dentist.
Dr. Wani is a strong believer in life-long learning and continues to enhance her skills through professional development programs. Dr. Wani is a member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario and the Ontario Dental Association.
DEDICATION TO PRACTICE:
Dr. Wani's primary dedication is to her patients and she is focussed on providing optimal patient care, whether in managing pain or in providing guidance in achieving good oral health. Dr. Wani is an approachable and caring dentist who strongly believes in open communication with her patients and treating everyone with respect and dignity. She is committed to providing her patients with a comfortable and successful experience.
PHILOSOPHY;
I’ve identified my practice philosophy as one that values every individual and their needs. My primary focus is to provide patient-centric treatment based on the latest research and developments in the practice of dentistry.
I am committed to patient care and achieving what is ultimately the most satisfying occupation of all services, “The art of care and healing for those in need”.

Master of Dental Surgery in Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics from M.S Ramaiah Dental College and Hospital completed in May 2011.
Bachelor of Dental Surgery from M.S Ramaiah Dental College and Hospital completed in October 200.
Work Experience:
- Work as Endodontist/Dentist in Surat, Gujarat, India from July 2011 to February 2014
- Work as Endodontist with Ministry of Health Saudi Arabia in Bisha, Saudi Arabia from June 2014 to May 2016
- Working as a Dentist in Toronto, Orangeville, Malton and Mississauga since January 2020
- Voluntary experience during my academics I have done a research project on “Molecular analysis of E. Faecalis.”
