For those in need
There are millions of people around the world who live in need. Even right here in our own backyards, fellow Americans have to make difficult decisions on how to use their very limited resources. Thankfully, programs like Dentistry from the Heart (DFTH) are finding ways to help … and so are we.
On October 3, our office was proud to host our third annual DFTH event where we provided free dental care to members of our community in need. Starting at 8:00 am we started seeing patients on a first come first served basis. The need in our community is strong, and we were able to help 76 people with teeth cleanings, extractions, or fillings for a total of nearly $15,000 worth of free dental treatments donated to this worthy cause.
Since 2001, DFTH has helped more than 80,000 smiles … and we at KindStar Dental intend on continuing to do our part.
