Our smiling front desk team members are ready to welcome you for your appointment. They will always be here to help you arrange your appointments, assist you with understanding your insurance coverage, request estimates of coverage from your insurance company, and give you assistance with payment plans. To make a first visit appointment and prepare ahead of time, give Sonia or Tehreem a call. They will be happy to help you!
Treatment Coordination
If you have any questions about recommended treatments and how to best manage your insurance policy, it’s important that you let us know. We will help you navigate through them, making dental care decisions and reimbursement easy for you. From general questions about options to sending predetermination to your insurance provider, or helping you with our interest-free financial plan, we want to know that when you leave our office, all of your questions are asked and answered. And of course, if you ever have additional questions, all you need to do is call.
Practice Tour
Would you like to look around first? Absolutely! Get familiar with our practice with a general practice tour and feel free to bring your little ones. We will show you around our office so that you feel comfortable – as we know the tour helps alleviate any dental possible anxiety. Give us a call and we would be happy to set up a visit at your convenience!
Checkup
It’s important that when you meet the doctor, you discuss your personal oral health needs and desires. You will learn what our exam reveals while we work with you to determine the personalized approach that works best for you. Whether we set up a regular care schedule, design a treatment plan to address decay or gum issues, or discuss your cosmetic concerns, this is your chance to tell us what you like and don’t like about your smile and general oral health. Then together, we will meet mutually established goals.
Diagnostics
At Dr. Saima Shora Dental, digital and panoramic x-rays are terrific for showing you what we see when we examine your mouth. They emit up to 90% less radiation than traditional x-rays and provide us with information to assist us with diagnosis.
